Teamsters Local 305 proudly honors the retirement of David Monty, a dedicated Albertsons employee and steadfast union member whose career has left a lasting mark on both his coworkers and the Local 305 union family.  David officially retired on April 25th, 2025, closing out nearly 29 years of committed service and solidarity. Since joining the Teamsters in May 1996, David has exemplified the values of hard work and commitment to helping other members. For five of those years, he served as a Union Shop Steward representing his fellow Albertsons members. His dedication made him a trusted advocate and an essential part of the Local 305 community. David is looking forward to embracing the joys of traveling and, as he puts it, "not worrying about going back to work". Congratulations David on your well-deserved retirement!
