Steve Konopa is the Principal Officer of Local 305 and sits as the chair of the executive Board. He has just finished the first year of a three-year term. His duties include administering and operating the local successfully, ensuring that every member does not have to worry about themselves or their family when it comes to Union issues. He takes his role very seriously, and he will be the first one to tell you that managing the members’ dues money correctly and efficiently is handled with honesty and integrity. He took an oath, and he has vowed to show his fiduciary responsibility. As he says, “Trust and respect above all need to be in the highest regard, or you shouldn’t be here working for people”.
Vice President Andy Campbell moved to Oregon from British Columbia, Canada in the early 1990s. He started his Teamster career with Albertson’s in August 1995. Andy became a shop steward in 2012, as well as becoming the Vice President on the Executive Board in 2015.
He enjoys numerous sports and outdoor activities. One of his favorites is spending time with his family.
Recording Secretary Everett Twilleager is a 48-year Teamster member. He started with Miller Sanitary in 1975. The company was purchased by Waste Management in 1999. Everett was elected to the Teamsters Local 305 Executive Board as Recording Secretary in 1999 and still holds the position today. Throughout his time as a proud Teamster, he was a part of numerous negotiation committees as well as delegate for the International Brotherhood of Teamsters and the Joint Council of Teamsters No. 37.
He also enjoys the outdoors, fishing, biking, hiking and basketball.
Trustee James MacPherson has been a Teamster member for over seven years, a union member for 26 years. He spent five years with Aramark Uniform Services, out of the five years he served as a shop steward for three them. James has held the Trustee position on the Executive Board at local 305 for the past four years and is currently employed at Daimler Truck Northwest for past two years.
Luke Milburn has been a Teamster member since October of 1996. He has spent the last 26 years working for DTNA as well as serving as a Trustee on the Local 305 Executive Board for the past seven years. He is a proud dad and an avid golfer.
Trustee Brian Ellingson is a 32-year driver for Arrow Sanitary. Brian has served as a shop steward for over 10 years.
His hobbies include, fishing, hiking, golfing, landscaping and gardening.
