Office Manager

Marilyn Morrow

Marily Morrow is our Office Manager/Book-Keeper and has been with the Teamsters for almost two (2) years. Her experience comes from 20+ years working with the Laborer's Union and Glendoveer Golf Course. Her goal is to help us grow as a Union, and maintain a healthy working environment for our Managment Team, Office Staff and Union Representatives.

Contracts Administrator

Karen O'Neal

Karen’s Teamster career started in 1999 with Teamsters Local 81 and is now proudly helping the membership at Teamsters Local 305. Karen’s role has been and continues to be Bookkeeper, TITAN Operator, and handling of contracts, among anything else that is needed for the continuing success of Teamsters Local 305.

Titan Operator

Josselyn Lazor

Josselyn Lazor has been our Titan Operator/Membership Account Manager with the Teamsters Local 305 for over 2 years. Her previous background was in the Human Resources and Payroll Administration for over 16 years with the SP Plus Corp.

Currently, she is a point of contact for the companies regarding dues payment for our members. Josselyn oversees the companies’ dues remittance to make sure it is current and accurate, as well as updating the members' accounts accordingly.

Her key role is helping the members with setting up their membership in person at the Local 305 office, answering calls and directing them to their business representative. Her goal is to ensure that our members and their families are well helped and represented.
